Frequently Asked Questions
I have a disability or condition that effects my hands, can I still participate in your workshops?
I try to make my workshops as accessible for everyone as I possibly can. If you are concerned about how your participation may be effected, I encourage you to send me an email and we can brainstorm ways to make the process easier for you. I also am looking to purchase easy grips for my tools. If this is something that you may want or need, please let me know and I will make sure they are available for your class.
When will your next collection be available?
Collection drops will be announced via email and on Instagram.
Are you open to trades?
Yes! I love trading my work. In the past I have accepted trades for artwork, a professional massage, and a fancy birthday cake. If you would like to discuss a trade, please get in touch via email at hello@tarcisfenech.com
I live locally, can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, just select 'pickup' at checkout.
Can I put fresh flowers in the vessels?
My work is sculptural. It is made from earthenware, which is more porous than other clays. Because of this quality, I can't guarantee that water won't eventually transfer through the clay. If you're interested in putting water in a vessel, I suggest testing it first with a paper towel and coaster underneath it.
Is your work food safe?
There are two considerations for determining the safety of ceramics as dinnerware: glaze and surface texture. A lot of the commercial glazes I use are labelled as food safe. You are welcome to inquire about the glaze ingredients if you plan on putting food in a piece. If the work is highly textured, it can trap bacteria and be difficult to clean, in which case it is not suitable for dinnerware.
I'm unhappy! Can I get a refund?
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. Unfortunately, I can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
