Channelling the inherent complexity of the Maltese-Australian identity, Where the Wild River Slips is an allegory of transformation. Water flows into sea and is subsumed by the infinite once more. At the sacred meeting place of beginning and end, I worship at the altar of truth, watching the bug of my childhood scuttle through plastic and rot.
